Malcolm Wallace is a management professional with over 20 years experience in a variety of fields including media and financial services. He has experience in:
 Sales Development.
Customer relationship management programs.
Managing sales teams and developing successful sales strategies.
Purchasing media at the best possible prices.
GENERAL MANAGER
Kalinda's background is in advertising and marketing, handling a variety of national clients. Kalinda has handled FMCG and very specific niche products from both agency side and client side. She enjoys stretching the advertising dollar with below the line activity supporting traditional advertising.
Her project management background ensures that campaign timelines are well-tracked and thought through.
MEDIA MANAGER
Sally is our Media Manager. She has a post graduate degree in advertising. Prior to joining MWA she worked for a design house specialising in annual reports and branding. At MWA she plays a key role with our clients and the media. Sally thrives on the challenge of last minute bookings!
CREATIVE SERVICES
Melissa is our graphic artist with an eye for detail. She has a degree in Graphic Design and ensures that our ads have a contemporary edge and are kept clean and simple.
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Susan looks after the money. Since it is said "never be a lender or a borrower" she pays the bills on time and manages our debtors and cashflow.
